Privacy
The short version: we don't ask for personal information or run an email form. We do use standard tags - Google Analytics 4 to understand which pages are useful, and advertising tags from Meta and Pinterest so our ads can measure results and reach people who visited. Your visits may be used for retargeting ads on those platforms. Visitors in regions that require consent (including the EEA, UK, and Switzerland) see a consent prompt first, and these tags load only after consent there. Our hosting provider may process standard server logs to deliver the site. As features launch, this page gets updated first - before anything goes live.
What we collect today
- No forms and no email collection. There is no sign-up form on the site today.
- Google Analytics 4. Counts page visits and general engagement (pages viewed, approximate region, device and browser type) using cookies set by Google. We use it in aggregate to see what's useful. Google's privacy policy.
- Advertising tags (Meta, Pinterest). These tags record visits and actions on this site so we can measure our ads on those platforms and show relevant ads to people who visited (retargeting). Each platform may use the data to build ad audiences under its own policy: Meta, Pinterest.
- Hosting logs. Our hosting provider processes standard server logs (including request IP addresses) to deliver pages; we don't use them to profile anyone.
What's planned (and how it will work when it launches)
- Deal alert emails - not live yet. When they launch, we collect your email address only if you type it into the sign-up form and tick the consent box yourself, and we use it only to send the deal emails you asked for. Every email will include a working unsubscribe link, and this page will name a contact address for removal requests before the first address is collected.
- Outbound click counts - not live yet. When they launch, we plan to count how many people click a deal link (page and link only, in aggregate) so we know what's useful. We won't build per-user profiles from clicks.
- Google Ads and TikTok tags - planned, not live yet. When they launch they will work like the advertising tags above: visit and action measurement plus retargeting under Google's and TikTok's own policies. This page will move them into the live list before the first tag loads.
What we never do
- Sell or share your email with marketers.
- Pre-ticked consent boxes or dark patterns.
- User-specific tracking tags in merchant links. Affiliate tags identify this site, never you.
Third parties
Deal links go to merchants (for example Amazon); their own privacy policies apply once you leave. As an Amazon Associate I earn from qualifying purchases. The analytics and advertising tags above are operated by Google, Meta, and Pinterest under their own policies. These providers may set or read cookies and similar identifiers when their tags load.
Your choices
There's nothing to unsubscribe from yet - no emails are being sent. To limit analytics and ad measurement: use browser privacy controls or an ad blocker, Google's Analytics opt-out add-on, and the ad personalization settings in your Meta and Pinterest accounts; these controls may not stop all collection. Visitors in consent-required regions can decline the consent prompt and the tags will not load. Want to change a choice, or opt out from any region? stops them on this browser going forward, and reset my consent choice clears a saved choice so the prompt appears again where consent is required. When deal alerts launch, every email will carry an unsubscribe link, and we'll publish a contact address here for full removal requests before collecting a single address.
